Progoti IT is proud to operate its internet services under the commission of BTRC. Our journey began in 2013 with a mission to provide reliable internet connectivity to customers in the rural market. We accepted the challenge of building customer confidence and expanding internet access in these areas, and over the years, we have made meaningful progress toward that goal.

During a time when wireless technologies such as 3G services and WiMAX operators were widely used, we faced several challenges in establishing cable broadband as a dependable alternative. We worked through those challenges with a clear commitment to our users – to provide internet service at a low cost, without limits, and with fast support.

When Progoti IT started its operations in the Narayanganj area, many people questioned how we would survive in a market dominated by wireless internet services. At that time, most users depended on wireless modems and had little experience with cable broadband. We took the initiative to introduce our valued users to cable broadband and help them understand its benefits through practical experience.

Today, Progoti IT has succeeded in earning the confidence of those users. More and more customers have become interested in our network, and we remain committed to maintaining reliable service, ensuring maximum possible uptime, and continuously working toward that commitment.

Throughout this challenging journey, our Honorable Head of Operations, Mr. Shahajahan, accepted the responsibility of taking this initiative forward for the rural community. His 10 years of experience have contributed significantly to the development of this service. He also introduced wireless routers to customers at a minimum cost so that smartphone users could benefit from cable broadband connectivity without having to invest heavily in a desktop computer or laptop.

Our next mission is to increase customer awareness about the proper use of the internet and help prevent its misuse. We are committed to educating new users and helping them understand both the advantages and disadvantages of using the internet so that they can use it responsibly and effectively.
